Review

Mixed-use development reduces the distance between homes, jobs, amenities, and services, making it easier to get places on foot. Mixing people, activities, and opportunities not only supports the mobility of diverse users but also creates an active public realm for babies, toddlers, their caregivers, and everyone else. Complementary uses in a single neighborhood help create a 15-minute neighborhood, where residents can satisfy their daily needs within a 15-minute walk of their home. For an approximate automatic measurement, see the People Near Services city indicator.More info
